- Recording Equipment Upgrade – $5,000
- Music Video Fund – $3,000 per artist

Total Needed: $20,000 – $30,000 investment
This Agreement is made between Trap-Boy Records (PTY LTD) ("Label") and the artist ("Artist") on the date of signing.
1. Term
This agreement is valid for either:
3-5years deal OR
- 1 project/album/EP
2. Deal Type (Choose One)
1. Distribution Deal:
- Artist owns all masters.
- Trap-Boy Records distributes the music and collects 20% of net streaming revenue.
2. License Deal:
- Trap-Boy Records funds the project.
- Label owns the master for 3 years.
- Revenue split 50/50 after recouping investment (video, production, promo costs).
3. Joint Venture:
- Artist and Label co-own the master 50/50.
- All costs, royalties, and branding are shared equally.
3. Master Ownership
Master will either be owned by:
- The Artist (Distribution Deal), OR
- Trap-Boy Records (License Deal), OR
- Shared (Joint Venture)
4. Royalties & Splits
- Streaming revenue: Split based on deal type
- Sync Licensing: 50/50
- Merch: Artist keeps 80%, Label keeps 20% if Label manages design/promo
5. Exit Clause
After the term ends, the Artist may:
- Renew the deal
- Leave with all rights (if applicable)
- Buy back master after 3 years (for License Deals)
